Naloxone Training Session with Trish Dribnenki-Pennock and Vancouver Coastal Health Nurses.

An overdose prevention and response trainging session to educate people how to use naloxone. Open to NOW volunteers, musician partners, staff and members and the NOW Board of Directors. Register here (registration limited to 18). FREE. Refreshments follow the workshop.

 

Trish Dribnenki-Pennock

Trish Dribnenki-Pennock, Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychiatric Nursing, who has worked in crisis intervention, case management, program development, public health, inpatient, community, forensic, corrections, sexual assault response, harm reduction and outreach nursing areas providing services for individuals struggling with mental illness, substance use, trauma, and/or a variety of additional psychosocial stressors. She has worked as a Peer Support Consultant for the Calgary Police Service and an Instructor and Clinical Consultant with the Provincial Addictions and Mental Health Professional Development and Concurrent Capability Team within Alberta Health Services. In 2017 Trish relocated to Vancouver, BC.
