As a part of Wild About Vancouver (WAV) Festival 2015, the NOW Society takes to the trees with the help of eight workshop participants from the New Westminster Secondary School, under the direction of Steve Clements. Acoustics of the landscape interact with the NOW Society's acoustic instrumentalists as they emerge from the trees playing a new work by Lisa Cay Miller, inspired by
Lori Sokoluk's stunning landscape paintings.

Volunteers are needed! If you are interested, please email now@nowsociety.org.

"In a world inundated by information, self-declared expertise,
and the dangerously selective focus of mass media, we
need to re-learn trust in inner sources of knowledge.

Intuition, spirituality, our surroundings, our body, our ethical compass can all provide knowledge, direction, and affirmation."

-A Way of Knowing, Lori Sokoluk.
